Light & Muse® is a creative studio and product line offering thoughtfully designed tools that invite moments of calm, curiosity, and gentle forward movement for all ages and neurotypes. At the heart of Light & Muse is a patent-pending approach built around simple, guided creative prompts—small, playful invitations that engage the senses, spark the brain, and make space for reflection.

Informed by neuroscience and expressive arts research, these prompts work with the brain’s natural rhythms, helping support regulation, focus, and emotional ease without pressure or perfection.

Founded by Catherine Masi (BSW/Psych, M.Ed in Creative Arts, PC Art Therapy), our work blends research-informed practice with sensory-friendly, approachable design. Alongside our creativity tools, we also offer therapeutic interior styling services (based on traditional Feng Shui) that help shape calm, supportive spaces for living, learning, and care. The details of the Light & Muse approach are gently woven into everything we create as we expand into education, therapy, and care environments.
